民国年间，坊间一直流传着每到半夜就会有少女失踪的传闻，一个名叫黄庙村的小镇引起了警探谭辉的注意。黄庙村自二十年前黄家三姨太一十三口灭门后，就不断有少女接连离奇失踪，小镇灵异事件不断，恐怖升级，人心惶惶。每到二更天时，村里人都能听到二十年前死去的三姨太在咿咿呀呀的唱着昆曲。平日里负责看管灵位的“纸人张”又突然被人发现暴毙于乱葬岗。村民们口耳相传，这是三姨太的冤魂前来复仇。
