一对朴实的老人，家里有一个祖传的古董，本来他们打算把古董做为遗产分给三个孩子，但是没想到就在老母亲生病的时侯，子女们都不来探望，父亲打算卖掉古董给老伴治病。不料事情不胫而走，子女们知道后想尽办法争夺古董，纷纷假面装孝心前来伺侯老人。然而事情却发生了意想不到的变故，儿女纷纷无情离去，亲情在金钱面前变得一文不值。父亲最终含泪逝去，母亲孤苦无依。老大不幸从山上摔了下来，面临着巨额的手术费，这家人的命运将何去何从......。The seminal question of land and the displacement of Adivasi (Indigenous) Communities in India.
