牙擦苏（张卫健 饰）出生在一个富贵的家庭之中，却因为和告老还乡的太监之间发生了冲突而不得不背井离乡以保性命。来到了省城，牙擦苏因为误会而和黄飞鸿（关海山 饰）发生了纠葛，最终误会被澄清了，牙擦苏和黄飞鸿成为了莫逆之交。
