《铁人料理》回来了！这届料理比赛更上一层楼，烹饪巨星齐聚一堂，想挤进史诗般的决赛，夺得“铁人传奇”的名号。。郭菲菲（滕丽名 饰）和文彩菱（汤盈盈 饰）是艺员训练班的同窗，一次偶然中，刚出道的文彩菱因为参加了一档综艺节目而大红大紫，而郭菲菲则一直不温不火，这让郭菲菲的心中很不是滋味。在文彩菱的介绍下，郭菲菲接下了一档广告通告，没想到因此爆红，地位一下子超越了文彩菱，让后者内心妒火中烧。
