司徒明浩（任泉 饰）和赵勇（乔任梁 饰）是在同一间杂志社工作的同事兼好友，两人相识多年，彼此之间的友谊十分坚固。最近，他们将杂志的焦点聚集到了一宗人体器官倒卖案件之上，在调查取证的过程中，赵勇意外失踪，之后等待着司徒浩明的，则是赵勇的死讯。
