It was a fateful coincidence that in 2014, just when the Allard Pierson Museum in Amsterdam was staging an exhibition of Crimean artworks, Russia annexed the region. So now the question arises of who should the artworks be returned to? To the museums in Crimea who had been so kind as to loan them out? Or to Ukraine, perhaps, the country Crimea belonged to before the annexation?...。本片是以前任ICE情报局探员Matt Helm（迪恩·马丁 Dean Martin 饰）为主角的系列电影第四集（总共有四集）。 这次麦特的任务是解救世界经济危机。。一幢即将清拆的旧楼内，住着一群老街坊，各有不同背景，大都是草根市民。而这幢旧楼正被大地产商看中，计划将之收购重建，故派遣手下向各住户威迫利诱迫迁。各街坊为着得到更优厚的赔偿，各怀私心，抱着强硬态度与地产商对抗，发生连串激烈纠纷，但当中亦使两家斗气冤家化敌为友，同舟共济，面对困难。。
